A bespoke approach

We have extensive experience in cross-border placement, sourcing candidates for  permanent roles as well as consultancy and Interim Management assignments. We pride ourselves on being a small independent specialist who has your needs at the heart of what we do. Once a job brief is received, we follow up with an in-depth discussion of the specific requirements, which enables us to compile a shortlist that fulfils a client’s individual needs.  

Unlike most classic executive search agencies who focus on a candidate’s functional skills, we add value by helping companies to find candidates with the additional advantage of both international business and language skillsets. We find candidtes purely on a referral basis.

Clients range from US and UK companies developing business in international markets, to other Executive Search firms and Interim Management providers who use us to assist on “hard to find” briefs where foreign language and cultural skills are critical to the job.

Database Search

Using our network of contacts, we pre-screen candidates for suitability against the job brief and provide a shortlist for our client who manages the interview and shortlist selection process. A extremely cost effective method that offers a significantly reduced time to hire.

Contingency Search

In addition to using our contact network, we proactively work on behalf of the client to source candidates for the role according to the job brief and profile requirements. We conduct interviews and liaise between and with client and candidate throughout the entire process.

Retained search and selection

Covering all advertising, recruitment and interviewing, working on an exclusive basis to identify candidates. We research the market sector, identify talent, conduct interviews and liaise between and with client and candidate throughout the process from start to finish.
