Stirling Austin
Stirling Austin has spent most of his professional and personal
life over the last 20 years working in Europe, and has run manufacturing
and distribution businesses in the UK, France and Germany. He has
also carried out a number of Interim Management assignments.
Since 2001 he has specialised in Executive Search and Interim
Management, founding NIM Europe and Multilingual Executives, placing
Senior Executives and Directors throughout the UK and Europe.
Bilingual French/English, he has first hand experience of the
different business issues facing Anglo-Saxon companies working
in foreign markets, and for executives working in a multicultural
environment.

John Stanley
John Stanley was President of Lexmark Europe Middle East Africa
since the foundation of the company in 1991. In his 20 year career
with IBM, John Stanley has worked in the UK, US, Portugal and France,
spending in all over 15 years outside the country as a full time
executive. Since leaving Lexmark in 1998, John has been a significant
contributor to many Human Resource and Executive Management assignments
and is also a director of several companies.
Pierre van den Broek
Pierre van den Broek, after graduating as a mechanical engineer,
began his career in the field of nuclear power with Framatome,
working on various projects in China. He subsequently joined the Altran group
in France in 1992, and gained valuable operational experience building
human resource management businesses, and developing their consulting
and placement activities in France, Portugal and Brazil. Pierre speaks
French, English, Portuguese and a little Chinese.
