Using our database and network of contacts, we pre-screen candidates for suitability and availability against the job brief and provide a shortlist for our client who manages the interview and shortlist selection process, assessment and offers. Similar to RPO, This is our main service offering and provides an extremely cost effective and rapid candidte sourcing method.
Classic contingency/retained search
In addition to searching our database , we advertise on behalf of the client to source suitable candidates that will be introduced to the client for the role against the job brief, conduct interviews and liaise between and with client and candidate throughout the entire process.
